Welcome to The Elevated Table Project: A Movement for Cannabis, Community, and Culinary Creativity
Since October 2024, The Elevated Table has been on a wild, transformative journey—one that goes far beyond just cooking with cannabis. What started as a creative way to introduce an infused pantry line has evolved into a full-blown movement, blending culinary innovation, cannabis advocacy, and community-driven experiences. From fighting for hemp rights in Alabama to launching The Elevated Table Cookbook and beyond, we’re making waves in the industry and inviting you to be part of something bigger.
The Fight That Sparked a Revolution
The Elevated Table was born out of necessity. After the Alabama Department of Health issued a cease and desist order in January 2020, forcing my hemp company to destroy all edible products, I found myself in a legal battle that nearly bankrupted my business. Despite winning at the circuit court level, the fight continues, as the Alabama Department of Health has appealed the decision. This isn’t just about one business—it’s about the entire hemp industry in Alabama and the consumers who rely on these products for their health and well-being.
Rather than backing down, we doubled down. We created The Elevated Table Cookbook as a way to fund the ongoing legal battle while offering a unique culinary experience that empowers people to cook with cannabis at home. And we didn’t stop there.
More Than a Cookbook: The Elevated Table Experience
The Elevated Table Project is much more than a book. It’s an entire lifestyle centered around cannabis-infused cooking, entertainment, and advocacy. Alongside The Elevated Table Cookbook, we’ve launched The Bartender’s Guide to Cooking With Cannabis, offering creative ways to mix infused drinks, cocktails, and syrups using The Elevated Table Pantry Line.
Our pantry products—including canna sugar, canna butter, infused syrups, oils, and even brownie mix—allow home cooks and cocktail enthusiasts to elevate their recipes with precision dosing and incredible flavors. Every purchase of these items directly supports our ongoing legal battle, ensuring that hemp remains accessible in Alabama.
Bringing Cannabis Culture to Life: Events, Parties, and Pop-Ups
We knew we had to take The Elevated Table beyond the kitchen and into real-life experiences. That’s why we introduced Puff-N-Paint—a laid-back, stoner-friendly take on the traditional sip-and-paint experience, where creativity meets cannabis in a fun, relaxed setting. And that’s just the beginning.
We’re rolling out a variety of cannabis-infused events, including:
• Sips N Strokes – A creative, elevated experience blending cannabis cocktails and painting.
• Cannabis Cooking Classes – Teaching the art of infused cooking.
• Cannabis Cocktail Making Classes – Showcasing how to craft perfect cannabis-infused drinks.
• Private Parties & Themed Gatherings – Wedding receptions, girls’ nights in, guys’ nights in, and cannabis cocktail parties.
• Mobile Cannabis Cocktail Experiences & Infused Catering – Bringing The Elevated Table directly to you with a full-service cannabis cocktail and catering setup.
And if you’ve got an entrepreneurial spirit, stay tuned—we’re exploring licensing opportunities to bring The Elevated Experience to cities across the U.S., starting with Alabama. Imagine bringing your own cannabis-infused events licensed business, fully compliant and structured for success.
Scaling Up: The Next Steps for The Elevated Table Pantry Line
Right now, every single pantry item is handmade with care, but to keep up with demand (and the legal fight), we’re scaling up. Our goal is to transition to larger-scale production while maintaining the quality and consistency you love. This is a crucial step to growing The Elevated Table into a brand that can stand the test of time.
Join the Movement
The Elevated Table Project is about more than just good food—it’s about standing up for cannabis rights, bringing people together, and proving that hemp-infused products belong in kitchens, bars, and events across the country. Whether you’re here for the recipes, the advocacy, or just a good time, we invite you to be part of this journey.
Follow along in our Facebook group, “Cooking with Cannabis – The Elevated Table,” where we share recipes, tips, and a daily dose of giggles. Support the fight by purchasing a cookbook or pantry product, or join us at one of our upcoming events.
This isn’t just a business—it’s a movement. And we’re just getting started.
Stay Elevated,
