Shipping Policy
Boro Hemp Co will not ship products to states that officially ban the use and ownership of hemp-derived products such as Delta 8 and Delta 9. No Conditions.
All other orders will ship within 72 hours of order placement. Any order placed after 12:00pm will begin fulfillment process the next business day.
Within summertime periods, excessive heat periods demand that we cannot ship orders containing edible products on any Fridays, as to prevent said edible products from being destroyed by warm weather over the following weekend. If the three-day period falls on a Friday, then your order will instead be shipped the next Monday. This will be done to ensure your products arrive in pristine condition.
During these heat periods, you may expect your package to arrive holding an insulator within the container along with multiple “Cold-packs”. Along with that, your products will be secured within either sealed bags or wrapped individually; these measures are taken to ensure your edible products remained cooled and structured during transit.
